Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any service with Assiya Hair and Makeup. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Our Services

Assiya Hair and Makeup provides professional hair styling, makeup services, bridal beauty, makeovers, makeup lessons, and commercial services. All services are delivered by Assiya or her trained team with high-quality professional products.

2. Bookings and Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A confirmed booking is only made once a deposit is received.
• Please provide accurate details regarding date, time, location, and services required.

3. Deposits & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be cleared 7 days before the service date.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
• We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other agreed payment method.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 14 days before the appointment: Full deposit refund (minus transaction fees).
• 7 to 14 days before the appointment: 50% deposit forfeited.
• Less than 7 days before the appointment: No refund. Full amount will be charged.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Trial Sessions

Bridal trials are highly recommended and must be booked separately. Trial fees are non-refundable.

6. Mobile Services & Travel

• We offer mobile services within Sydney metro area.
• Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the metro area.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time or inform us in advance if running late.
• Provide a clean and well-lit space for mobile services.
• Inform us of any skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the service.

8. Liability

• Assiya Hair and Makeup is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin conditions resulting from products used, unless previously informed.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused by the client’s own products or third-party interference.

9. Refunds

Refunds are only issued as per our cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for completed services.

10. Intellectual Property

All images and content on our website and social media are the property of Assiya Hair and Makeup. You may not use them without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
